A. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a return to be accepted, items must remain in original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

B. How to Process a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@ladyvise.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without an approved request will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. This helps us promptly address any issues and provide a resolution.

Delivery times for exchanged items will vary depending on your location.

D. Exchanges

E. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

F. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

G. No Retroactive Discounts

Refunds cannot be issued for discounts not applied at checkout. Please apply any discount codes during the purchase process, as we cannot make adjustments afterward.
